What a relief that I had Ms. Sanchez's services to sort out what felt like a nightmare of a tax situation! The turnaround time was exceptionally quick (less than a week) given the circumstances and the staff were readily available and exceedingly patient with my often ignorant queries. They did their best to enlighten me with ways to navigate the needlessly intricate ways of reducing payments and maximizing refunds. I went to TurboTax to file my taxes one year, paid $60 to be able to include one of my documents when filing my taxes, and I was still not able to include my document when filing my taxes because it “wasn’t included in my services.” The following year, I had to get my taxes refilled and fixed by a tax service business located in Southern California. Problem was that he was only available certain hours, I could only pay with cash or check, and I had to travel all the way to his office for his services. Aquí Income Tax Services provides excellent quality tax services with the flexibility of taking video calls around your schedule and accepting a variety of payment methods. They went above and beyond with their services by checking in and requesting missing documents. They provided their services in English and Spanish and are very friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable. Their prices were also very reasonable and very much worth every penny. I will not be going anywhere else for tax services. I can rest easy knowing that I was in good hands this year and will be in those same good hands next year.
